Application:

The cables are for the service-entrance.

Service conditions: The cable shall be a service cable for continuous operation outdoors and tropical conditions(temperature range of -1ºC to +40ºC, humidity of up to 90% and saline conditions along the coast), suitable for laying in cable ducts and in air, permissible continuous loading operating temperature shall be 70ºC and short circuit temperature of 160ºC.

XLPE/PE /PVC Insulated Concentric Cable is designed as IEC ,BS ,ASTM and othere standard or according to client's requirement.

Construction:

1.Solid or stranded aluminium or copper or 8000 aluminum alloy conductor
2.Insulation with XLPE or PE or PVC
3.For two conductor cable, it is applied a helical mesh of copper wires over the central conductor,
4.For three or four conductors cable , parallel conductor or stranded conductor
5.PVC filler
6.Helical mesh of copper wires
7.Wrapping tape
8.Black color jacket of PE or PVC
