I. Mainstream Models of Pre-branch Cables
Common Type
YFD-YJV: Cross-linked polyethylene insulated and PVC sheathed. Trunk and branch cable cross-sections can be customized (e.g., 1×240 trunk with 1×25 branch).
YFD-VV: PVC insulated and sheathed, operating temperature 70°C, suitable for general power distribution scenarios.
Flame Retardant Type (ZR)
YFD-ZR-YJV: Flame-retardant cross-linked polyethylene insulation, meets GB12666.5 standards, self-extinguishing time ≤ 12 seconds.
YFD-ZR-VV: Flame-retardant PVC insulation, suitable for For use in buildings requiring high fire protection.
Fire-Resistant Type (NH)
YFD-NH-YJV: Fire-resistant cross-linked polyethylene insulation, capable of maintaining power for 90 minutes in the event of a fire (GB12666.6 standard)
YFD-NH-VV: Fire-resistant PVC insulation, suitable for emergency power systems
Environmentally Friendly
GWDZ/WDZA Series: Low-smoke, halogen-free, low-toxic, fire-resistant, suitable for public facilities such as hospitals and subways.
II. Technical Parameters and Performance Requirements
Insulation Resistance: ≥200MΩ
Withstand Voltage: AC 3500V/5 minutes without breakdown
Contact Resistance: Ratio of branch connector resistance to branch line base resistance ≤ 1.2
Operating Temperature: 90°C for YJV type, 70°C for VV type
III. Recommended Application Scenarios
High-rise Buildings: Fire-resistant or flame-retardant types (such as YFD-NH-YJV) are preferred.
Industrial Facilities: Standard or flame-retardant types (YFD-YJV/YFD-ZR-YJV)
Environmentally Friendly Locations: Low-smoke, Halogen-free types (WDZA series) are selected.
Note: Pre-branching cables must be customized according to project requirements. The numbers in the model number (e.g., 4×1×240/4×1×25) indicate the cross-sectional specifications of the trunk and branches and must match the design drawings.
