The WDZB-YJE cable is a low-smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant power cable with a copper conductor, cross-linked polyethylene insulation, and a polyolefin sheath. This cable offers a wide range of rated voltages, including 0.6/1kV, 12/20kV, 18/20kV, and 26/35kV, suitable for various power transmission needs.
Cable Specifications:
1. Rated Voltage: 0.6/1kV;
2. Number of Cores: Single, Dual, Triple, Quad, Quintuple, 3+1, 3+2, and 4+1;

4. The cable structure consists of five components: copper conductor, insulation, filler, tape, and sheath.
5. Operating Temperature: The maximum operating temperature of the cable conductor during long-term normal operation shall not exceed 90°C. In the event of a short circuit, the maximum operating temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 250°C for a duration not exceeding 5 seconds. The minimum temperature during cable installation must not fall below 0°C, and the minimum ambient temperature the cable can withstand during operation is -10°C.
6. The allowable bending radius during cable installation is: single-core cable must not exceed 20°C, and multi-core cable must not exceed 15°C.
Cable Applications:
WDZ-YJE low-voltage power cables are suitable for transmitting power in AC 50Hz, 0.6/1kV rated voltage lines (maximum system voltage 1.2kV power lines). The maximum long-term operating temperature of the conductor does not exceed 90°C. Applications include indoor installations, cable trenches, pipelines, and direct burials in industries such as metallurgy, power generation, and construction, where flame-retardant cable properties and environmentally friendly surroundings are highly required.
