Product Introduction:
HFTGB series flexible synthetic mineral insulated fire-resistant cables utilize stranded copper conductors, covered with mineral oxygen-barrier tape, then extruded with synthetic mineral insulation, then covered with synthetic mineral tape again. The outer layer is then spirally wrapped with non-magnetic stainless steel tape. For applications where the metal sheath cannot be exposed, a low-smoke, halogen-free sheath can be added.
Product Standards:
1. BS 6387:1994 performance requirements for cables maintaining circuit integrity under fire conditions;
2. Comply with relevant company standards.
Product Features:
Voltage rating: 0.6/1kV, operating voltage: 500V for light load, 1000V for heavy load.
Operating Environment: Permitted long-term operating temperature of the sheath is 70°C; in untouched locations, the long-term operating temperature of the mineral insulated cable is 105°C.
Usage Requirements:
1. Installation Conditions: Suitable for open-lay installation on ladders, but also suitable for cable trays, conduit installation, and buried installation.
2. Installation Procedure: Dedicated connectors are available; please refer to the manufacturer's Installation Manual for details.
3. Precautions: The stainless steel sheath must be bent securely. Single-core cables should not be laid directly through metal conduits.
