Computer cables are suitable for electronic computers and automation connection cables with rated voltages of 500V and below and high anti-interference requirements. The insulation of the ground wire core of the computer cable adopts K-type B low-density polyethylene with antioxidant properties, which has high resistance, good voltage resistance, small dielectric constant and small influence of dielectric loss temperature and frequency, and does not meet the requirements of transmission performance, ensuring the service life of the cable.

Usage characteristics of computer cables:

(1) Long-term working temperature of cable conductor: PVC has two types: 70℃ and 105℃; polyethylene insulation is 70℃; cross-linked polyvinyl chloride insulation is 90℃.

(2) The cable is allowed to be fixedly laid and used under ambient temperature of -40℃ to 50℃, and the environment during laying should not be lower than 0℃.

(3) For cables with copper tape shielding structure, the bending radius during laying should be no less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable, and the bending radius of other cables during laying should be no less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.

Advantages of computer cables:

(1) Good corrosion resistance, long service life, and can be used in humid saline-alkali areas.

(2) Flame retardant and heat resistant, it can be used for a long time at a high temperature of 130 degrees without deformation and will not burn when exposed to fire.

(3) High strength and high rigidity. It can be directly buried under the roadway without adding a concrete protective layer, which can speed up the progress of cable construction.

(4) The cable protection sleeve, whether it is a pipe or a pipe fitting, has a certain degree of flexibility and can resist damage caused by external pressure and foundation settlement.

(5) It has good resistance to external signal interference.
