ZC-RVVPS is a shielded, twisted-pair cable with a PVC jacket. It adds a shield and jacket to standard RVS twisted-pair cable, providing enhanced resistance to external interference and improving the cable's stability and reliability. CablePro editors will now introduce the specifications and features of the ZC-RVVPS shielded twisted-pair cable.
ZC-RVVPS Letters Denote Meaning
From left to right: R—Cord, V—Insulation, V—Jacket, S—Twisted Pair, P—Shield. ZC-RVVPS stands for PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, twisted-pair, shielded flexible cable.
Product Parameters
Standard: GB5023.5-1997
Insulation Jacket: Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)
Core: Twisted-pair short-pitch wire
Shield: Tinned copper wire braid
Filling: PP tape or non-woven fabric cushioning
Operating Temperature: -5°C to 70°C for mobile installation, -10°C to 70°C for fixed installation
Bending Radius: 15 times the cable's outer diameter for mobile installation, 6 times the cable's outer diameter for fixed installation
Product Features
Excellent electromagnetic interference shielding. The cable utilizes short-pitch twisted-pair wires twisted-pair by twisting two by two, along with a shield and protective layer, ensuring stable and secure signal transmission. The cable also offers flexibility, cold resistance, and the ability to withstand certain mechanical forces, making it bend-resistant and easy to install.
Product Applications
The twisted-pair shielded structure provides enhanced electromagnetic compatibility and is suitable for industrial applications with voltage levels of 300/300V and below, such as electrical installation, power supply, control, and signal connections.
