However, flexible mineral insulated fire-resistant cables (BBTRZ cables) are primarily composed of mineral compounds, which are inherently non-flammable and cannot burn or support combustion. These materials generally have high melting points exceeding 1500°C, allowing them to function properly even under flame conditions, making them truly fire-resistant. They can also pass BS6387 C, W, and Z tests.
