Components of Flexible Mineral Insulated Cable (BBTRZ)
Compared to traditional rigid mineral insulated cables, flexible mineral insulated cables are constructed with stranded copper conductors, mineral compound insulation, and a mineral compound sheath. Their flexible structure, primarily made of inorganic materials, overcomes the drawbacks of rigidity, flammability, and toxicity. They also offer advantages not found in other cables, such as fire resistance, high current carrying capacity, surge voltage resistance, mechanical damage resistance, halogen-free and non-toxic properties, explosion-proof, waterproof, corrosion-resistant, long life, safety, overload resistance, high temperature resistance, and low cost.
