What are the main functions of NG-A (BTLY) cable?

The NG-A (BTLY) cable model uses aluminum as its primary material. Extruded metal tubes replace drawn copper tubes, simplifying the process and improving efficiency while significantly reducing product costs (aluminum costs only 1/10 of copper). The reason aluminum tubes can replace copper tubes is that they remain resistant to high-temperature flames thanks to an extruded, intumescent refractory layer: this layer foams and solidifies under the attack of flames, forming a thick barrier that blocks direct flame impact. This not only preserves the integrity of the aluminum tubes but also reduces the heating temperature of the mica tape to below 600°C, significantly improving the insulation stability of the mica tape (the insulation resistance of mica tape increases with decreasing temperature).
