I. Product Standards
Individually shielded and overall shielded computer cables are manufactured in accordance with the "Computer and Instrument Cable" standard (TICW 06-2009). They can also be manufactured to British Standard BS5308 and Japanese Standards upon request.
Individually shielded and overall shielded computer cables are available as low-smoke, halogen-free, and flame-retardant cables, as well as silicone rubber or fluoroplastic cables.
II. Scope of Application
Individually shielded and overall shielded computer cables are suitable for signal transmission in computer systems, monitoring circuits, and automation control systems with AC rated voltages of 300/500V and below, and for connecting testing instruments and meters.
III. Usage Characteristics
AC Rated Voltage: U0/U300/500V
Long-Term Operating Temperature of Cable Conductors:
Polyethylene Insulated Cable: 70°C
PVC Insulated Cable: 70°C
XLPE Insulated Cable: 90°C
The ambient temperature during cable installation must be no less than 0°C.
Minimum Bend Radius during Installation:
For unarmored cables, the minimum bending radius should be no less than 6 times the cable's outer diameter. The armor layer or copper tape shield of a cable should be no less than 12 times the cable's outer diameter.
