I. Features and Applications of Double-Shielded Computer Cables
Double-shielded computer cables are suitable for use as control lines for computer-based automatic control systems, distributed control systems, and automated control systems in the power, metallurgy, and petrochemical industries with AC U0/U of 300/500V, as well as for use as computer cables for testing instruments.
II. Double-shielded computer cable product compliance standard: TICW/06-2009; flame retardancy testing complies with GB12666-90.
III. Usage Characteristics of Double-Shielded Computer Cables
1. AC Rated Voltage: U0/U 300/500kV
2. Maximum Operating Temperature: Polyethylene insulation not exceeding 70°C; Cross-linked polyethylene insulation 90°C; Low-smoke, halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin 70°C; Low-smoke, halogen-free flame-retardant cross-linked polyolefin 90°C and 125°C versions.
3. Minimum Ambient Temperature: PVC sheath: -40°C for fixed installations; -15°C for non-fixed installations.
4. The cable installation temperature should be no less than 0°C.
5. Allowable cable bending radius: For unarmored cables, the minimum is 6 times the cable's outer diameter. For copper-tape shielded or steel-tape armored cables, the minimum is 12 times the cable's outer diameter.
