1. Intrinsically safe computer cables, also known as intrinsically safe explosion-proof computer cables, feature low capacitance and inductance, excellent shielding properties, and anti-interference performance, resulting in significantly higher explosion-proof safety performance than standard DCS cables and computer control cables. These cables are suitable for use in explosion-hazardous environments such as the petroleum, chemical, power, gas, and mining industries, as well as other applications requiring high explosion-proof safety. They are used for signal transmission in distributed control systems and automated detection and control systems.

3. Intrinsically safe computer cable usage characteristics
1. AC rated voltage ∪0/∪: 300/500V. 2. Maximum long-term operating temperature for cable conductors: 70°C for polyethylene insulation; 90°C for cross-linked polyethylene insulation; 70°C for halogen-free, low-smoke, flame-retardant polyolefin insulation; 70°C for polyvinyl chloride insulation.
3. Minimum ambient temperature: -40°C for fixed installation; -15°C for non-fixed installation. Ambient temperature during installation: no less than 0°C.
4. Allowable cable bending radius: no less than 6 times the cable's outer diameter for unarmored and braided shielded cables; no less than 12 times the cable's outer diameter for copper tape shielded and armored cables.
