Control Cable National Standards:
Control Cable (Implementation Standard: GB9330-88; Voltage Rating: 450/750V)
1. This product utilizes polyvinyl chloride or irradiated cross-linked polyethylene as the insulation layer, offering excellent electrical conductivity, mechanical properties, and chemical stability. It is suitable for use in control and monitoring circuits with rated voltages of 0.6/1kV and below, as a protective circuit. The long-term operating temperature of the cable conductor is 70°C; for irradiated cross-linked polyethylene cable, the long-term operating temperature is 90°C.
2. The cable laying temperature must not be lower than 0°C.
3. Recommended bend radius: For cables without armor, the recommended bend radius should be no less than 6 times the cable's outer profile. For cables with armor or shielding, the recommended bend radius should be no less than 6 times the cable's outer profile. Control Cable Models:
KVV, KYJV PVC insulated (irradiated cross-linked polyethylene insulation) PVC sheathed control cables
KVVP, KYJVP PVC insulated (irradiated cross-linked polyethylene insulation) PVC sheathed braided shielded control cables
KVVP22, KYJVP22 PVC insulated (irradiated cross-linked polyethylene insulation) PVC sheathed copper tape shielded control cables

KVVP, KYJVP, KVVP2, and KYJVP2 cables are installed indoors in cable trenches and ducts, where shielding is required.
KVV22 and KYJV22 cables are installed indoors in fixed locations such as cable trenches, ducts, and direct burial sites that can withstand significant external forces.
KVV32 and KYJV32 cables are installed indoors in fixed locations such as cable trenches, ducts, and shafts that can withstand significant mechanical tension.
KVVR and KYJVR cables are installed indoors in locations requiring flexibility and mobility.
KVVRP and KYJVRP cables are installed indoors in locations requiring flexibility and shielding.
KVVRP and KYJVRP cables are installed indoors in locations requiring flexibility and shielding. Control cables are primarily used for signal transmission, control, and measurement in electrical appliances, instruments, and power distribution equipment.
