CEFR Marine Power Cable, CEFR Oil Platform Rubber-Sheathed Power Cable, CEFR Rubber-Sheathed Cable
I. Implementation Standard: GB9331.2-88
II. Application: This product is suitable for transmitting power to various river and sea vessels, offshore oil platforms, and other waterborne structures.
III. Usage Characteristics: The cable has a long-term operating temperature of 85°C and a rated voltage Uo/U of 0.6/1kV. The minimum bending radius during installation is as follows: for metal-shielded and armored cables, the minimum bending radius is 6 times the cable's outer diameter. For unarmored cables, the minimum bending radius is 4 times the cable's outer diameter for cables with an outer diameter of 25mm or less, and 6 times the cable's outer diameter for cables with an outer diameter of 25mm or greater.
IV. Model Name: CEFR/DA EPR insulated and chloroprene-sheathed marine power flexible cable, Type DA, for connecting mobile electrical appliances.
V. Technical Requirements
1. Must be able to withstand 30,000 single-pass curve tests.
2. The cable must be able to withstand an AC voltage of 3500V or a DC voltage of 8400V for 5 minutes without breakdown. 3. The cable core structure, insulation resistance, insulation and sheath thickness, and weight must comply with the requirements of GB9331.2-88.
VI. Delivery Requirements
1. The delivery length of cables with three cores or fewer and a conductor cross-section no greater than 2.5 square meters must be no less than 150 meters; for other cables, 100 meters.
2. Short cable lengths of at least 20 meters are permitted, but their quantity must not exceed 10% of the delivery length.
3. Cables of any length are permitted upon mutual agreement.
4. The length tolerance must not exceed ±0.5%.
