1. Product Application: PVC insulated and sheathed control cables are suitable for use in control, monitoring, and protection circuits with an AC rated voltage U0/U of 450/750V or less, as control wiring between electrical equipment.
2. Implementation Standard: GB/T9330-2008 "Plastic Insulated Control Cables"
3. Usage Characteristics
3.1 The long-term permissible operating temperature of the cable conductor is 70°C. During a short circuit (maximum duration not exceeding 5s), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 160°C.
3.2 The installation and laying temperature shall not be lower than 0°C.
3.3 Recommended Bend Radius: For unarmored cables, the bending radius should be no less than 6 times the cable's outer diameter; for cables with armor or copper tape shielding, the bending radius should be no less than 12 times the cable's outer diameter; for shielded flexible cables, the bending radius should be no less than 6 times the cable's outer diameter.
