I. Product Standards

Computer cables are available in low-smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant, silicone rubber, or fluoroplastic finishes.

Long-Term Operating Temperature of Computer Cable Conductors:
Polyethylene Insulated Cable: 70°C
PVC Insulated Cable: 70°C
XLPE Insulated Cable: 90°C
The ambient temperature during cable installation must be no less than 0°C.
Minimum Bend Radius during Installation:
For unarmored cables, the minimum bending radius should be no less than 6 times the cable's outer diameter. The armor layer or copper tape shield of a cable should be no less than 12 times the cable's outer diameter.
