I. Product Features and Applications
This product is suitable for connecting cables for electrical instruments with an AC rated voltage of 450/750V or less, and for transmission lines in automatic control systems. It features excellent properties such as oil resistance, waterproofing, abrasion resistance, resistance to acids, alkalis, and various corrosive gases, as well as aging resistance and non-combustibility. It is suitable for the metallurgical, electric power, and petrochemical industries.

III. Usage Characteristics
1. AC Rated Voltage: U0/U450/750kV
2. Maximum Operating Temperature: FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) insulation not exceeding 200°C
Soluble Polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) insulation not exceeding 260°C
3. Minimum Ambient Temperature: PVC sheath: -40°C for fixed installations, -15°C for non-fixed installations
Fluoroplastic and silicone rubber sheaths: -60°C for fixed installations, -20°C for non-fixed installations
4. The temperature during cable installation should be no lower than 0°C (no lower than -25°C for fluoroplastic, silicone rubber, and nitrile sheathed cables).
5. Allowable cable bending radius: Minimum 6 times the cable's outer diameter for unarmored cables; Minimum 12 times the cable's outer diameter for copper-tape shielded or steel-tape armored cables; Minimum 8 times the cable's outer diameter for fluoroplastic-insulated and sheathed cables.
