Applications:
Ordinary silicone rubber cables are suitable for use in AC rated voltages up to 0.6/1kV, in high-temperature environments, and in harsh environments. They are used as power transmission lines for electrical equipment, fixed-installation power transmission lines, or connecting cables for mobile appliances. They offer excellent resistance to high temperatures, flame retardancy, radiation, aging, ozone, cold, acids, alkalis, and corrosive gases, and are waterproof. The cables are flexible and easy to radiate. They offer stable electrical performance in high-temperature (and cold) environments, outstanding aging resistance, and a long service life. They are widely used in industries such as metallurgy, power generation, petrochemicals, electronics, and automotive manufacturing.

① Rated voltage U0/U is 0.6/1kV.
② Long-term operating temperature of the cable is -60°C to 180°C.
③ The DC resistance of the conductor complies with GB3956.
④ The minimum bending radius of the cable should be no less than 6 times the cable's outer diameter.
⑤ The cable has the advantages of high and low temperature resistance, flexibility, and corrosion resistance. ⑥ The cable passed the 3.5kV/5min power frequency withstand voltage test without breakdown.
V. Silicone Rubber Power Cable
Implementation Standard: Q/HN006-2001
Suitable for connecting electrical equipment in high-temperature environments such as power generation, metallurgy, and chemical industries.
Operating Temperature: -60°C to 180°C
Models: YGZ, YGZ-F46R, and YGZ-F46RP are medium-duty silicone rubber flexible cables. YGC, YGC-F46R, and YGC-F46RP are heavy-duty silicone rubber flexible cables.
Application: The cable's long-term operating temperature is permitted to be below +180°C and may be used in an ambient temperature range of no less than -60°C.
Operating Temperature: This product is suitable for installation in mobile or fixed installations with an AC rated voltage of 450°C to 750°C.
