The cable's inner and outer shields are produced using cutting-edge technology and equipment. Its unique three-layer extrusion process maximizes product quality. The outer layer is wrapped with a reinforced fiber tape and a radiation-proof PVC sheath, ensuring wide application, environmental friendliness, and durability. Product Features:

Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) is a thermosetting cross-linked polyethylene (PE) produced using silane or peroxide cross-linking methods. This significantly improves the cable's heat resistance, aging resistance, and service life, while also being environmentally friendly. Our independently developed Whirl aluminum alloy conductors are creep-resistant, highly flexible, provide stable connections, exhibit strong ductility, and exhibit low rebound. Compared to pure aluminum conductors, they offer not only superior economic performance but also excellent mechanical, safety, and connection properties. The cable sheath is constructed of environmentally friendly PVC, suitable for installation in humid locations and for direct burial or cement laying. Depending on the application requirements, we can also produce low-smoke, halogen-free, and fire-retardant cables to meet flame retardancy levels IA and I, complying with GA306.1 and GA306.2 standards.
