Computer Control Cable for Intrinsically Safe Circuits
Product Features and Applications: This product features low capacitance and inductance, as well as excellent shielding and anti-interference properties, resulting in explosion-proof performance superior to conventional computer and control cables. It is suitable for use as a transmission line in distributed control systems and automated inspection and control systems, where explosion-proof requirements are required.
Compliant Standards: This product's technical specifications comply with Q/ZSC021-2009 (equivalent to British BS5308-86).
Usage Characteristics
1. AC Rated Voltage (Uo/U): 450/750V.
2. Long-Term Permissible Operating Temperature of Cable Conductor:
PVC Insulated Cable: 70°C - 90°C - 105°C (depending on the temperature rating of the model).
Polyethylene Insulated Cable: 70°C
XLPE Insulated Cable: 90°C
3. Minimum Ambient Temperature: -40°C for fixed installations, -15°C for non-fixed installations. 4. Installation and Laying Temperature: No less than 0°C (Preheating is required if the installation temperature is below the minimum allowable installation temperature).
5. Minimum Bend Radius: No less than 6 times the cable's outer diameter for unarmored cables; no less than 12 times the cable's outer diameter for armored cables.
