Double-Jacketed Shielded Drag Chain Cable
Applications:
Double-Jacketed shielded drag chain cables are suitable for use in dry or humid indoor environments, for free, continuous reciprocating motion without strong stress relief or forced guidance, and for reversible installation. They are particularly suitable for industrial environments with frequent flexing, such as woodworking machinery, machine tools, logistics conveyor systems, and cranes. They offer excellent electromagnetic shielding and interference resistance.

Waterproof, oil-proof, cold-resistant, UV-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and flame-retardant, with a flex life of over 5 million cycles.
Cable Construction:
Conductor: Multiple strands of ultra-fine, finely twisted oxygen-free copper wire, meeting VDE0295 Class 6 standards.
Insulation: Special blended PVC insulation.
Color: ≤0.5mm (color indicated): brown, black, blue, purple, pink, and orange. ≥0.5mm (black, white, numbered). Cables with more than three cores have a yellow-green ground wire (yellow-green optional).
Inner Sheath: Modified, low-viscosity, high-strength extruded PVC inner sheath, oil-resistant. Shield: Tinned copper braided shield, density over 80%
Jacket: Specially modified PVC
