This product is manufactured in accordance with standards such as GB9330 "Plastic Insulated Control Cables," IEC60227 "Polyvinyl Chloride Insulated Cables, Rated Voltage 450/750V and Below," and IEC60502 "Extruded Insulated Power Cables and Accessories, Rated Voltage 1-30kV."
Scope of Application:
PVC insulated and sheathed control cables are suitable for wiring control, signaling, protection, and measurement systems with rated voltages of 450/750V and below or 0.6/1kV and below.
Features:
●Power frequency rated voltage Uo/U is 450/750V or 0.6/1kV.
●The maximum permissible long-term operating temperature of the cable conductor is 70°C.
●The ambient temperature during cable installation should be no less than 0°C. If the ambient temperature is below 0°C, the cable should be preheated. The recommended allowable bend radius for cables is as follows:
For unarmored cables, the bend radius should be no less than 6 times the cable's outer diameter;
For armored or copper-tape shielded cables, the bend radius should be no less than 12 times the cable's outer diameter;
For shielded flexible cables, the bend radius should be no less than 6 times the cable's outer diameter.
