Model: MYP

Name: Mobile Shielded Rubber-Sheathed Flexible Cable for Mining

Voltage Rating: 0.66/1.14kV

Main Applications:

Power supply connection for various underground mobile coal mining equipment with a rated voltage of 0.66/1.14kV.

1. The insulation resistance between the insulated main cores and between the main cores and the ground wire shall be no less than 100MΩ·km at +20°C.

2. The transition resistance of the main core shield shall be no more than 3kΩ at 20°C.

3. Product Standard: MT818.5-1999.

4. MYP cable consists of three insulated, shielded main cores and a semi-conductive rubber-coated ground wire, twisted together around a semi-conductive rubber core. The outer sheath is extruded with a black chlorinated polyethylene rubber jacket or a black neoprene jacket. 5. Conductive Core: Soft copper wire is used, with performance conforming to GB/T3956-1997.

6. Insulation: XJ-00A rubber in accordance with GB7594.2-1987 is used.

7. Core Identification: Insulation is color-coded, with the main cores colored red, green, and white.

8. Ground Wire: Covered with semi-conductive rubber.

9. Insulation Shield: The insulation is covered with a semi-conductive tape.

10. Cable Assembly: Three main cores and one ground wire are twisted together in a right-hand direction around a semi-conductive rubber core.

11. Jacket: XH-03A rubber in accordance with GB7594.7-1987 is used. The oxygen index of the jacket rubber must be ≥40.

12. The flame retardant properties of the finished cable meet the requirements of MT386-1995.

13. Cable Marking: The model, voltage, specification, and manufacturer's name are printed on the cable surface.
