CJPJ85/CJPJ90/CJPJ95/SC/NC/NSC Marine Power Cables
This product can be manufactured with ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) insulation, cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation, or natural styrene-butadiene-styrene insulation, depending on user requirements. It is primarily suitable for power, lighting, and general control systems on various river and sea vessels, offshore oil platforms, and other aquatic structures.
This product is suitable for power systems with a rated voltage U0/U of 0.6/1kV and below.

III. Usage Characteristics
1. Power systems with a rated voltage U0/U of 0.6/1kV and below. The maximum allowable long-term operating temperature of cable conductors is:
90°C for EPR insulated marine power cables
90°C for XLPE insulated marine power cables
70°C for PVC insulated marine power cables
65°C for SBN-STB insulated marine power cables
2. During a short circuit (maximum duration not exceeding 5 seconds), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed:
250°C for EPR insulated marine power cables
250°C for XLPE insulated marine power cables
150°C for PVC insulated marine power cables
150°C for SBN-STB insulated marine power cables
3. The laying temperature of XLPE and PVC insulated cables shall not be lower than 0°C. The minimum bending radius is 20D for single-core cables and 15D for multi-core cables (D is the cable's outer diameter). The laying temperature of EPR and SBN-STB insulated marine cables shall not be lower than 0°C. The minimum bending radius is 10D for single-core cables and 6D for multi-core cables (D is the cable's outer diameter).
