YC, YCW, YCW-J (Steel Wire Reinforced) Medium-Duty Rubber-Sheathed Cables
I. Overview:
YZ and YC rubber-sheathed cables are suitable for household appliances, power tools, and various mobile electrical equipment with AC rated voltages of 450/750V and below.
General-purpose rubber-sheathed flexible cables, also known as rubber-sheathed cables, are divided into high-voltage rubber-sheathed flexible cables and 750V general-purpose rubber-sheathed flexible cables. High-voltage rubber-sheathed flexible cables are used in mobile power distribution equipment with AC rated voltages of 6kV and below, mining machinery, lifting and transportation machinery, etc. Low-voltage rubber-sheathed flexible cables are suitable for household appliances, power tools, and various mobile electrical equipment with AC rated voltages of 750V and below. They are available in three types: light, medium, and heavy. Production Standard: JB8735.2-1998
II. YZ YC Rubber-Sheathed Cables:
Rated voltage: 300/500V (YZ type), 450/750V (YC type);
The long-term permissible operating temperature of the core should not exceed 65°C.
"W" type cables are weather-resistant and have a certain degree of oil resistance, making them suitable for outdoor use or applications exposed to oil and contaminants.
ZR type cables are flame-retardant.
YZ YC Rubber-Sheathed Cable Delivery Requirements:
A coil length of 100m is required, and a reel length of greater than 100m is required.
Short cable lengths should not be less than 10m. The number of short cable segments delivered should not exceed 10% of the total length, and each package should not exceed five segments. Any cable length is permitted upon agreement between the parties, with a length tolerance of ±0.5%.
If the user requires flame-retardancy, this requirement must be supplemented in the contract.
