I. Fluoroplastic Cable Product Features and Applications: This product is suitable for connecting cables for electrical instruments with an AC rated voltage of 450/750V or less, and for transmission lines in automatic control systems. It features excellent properties such as oil resistance, waterproofness, abrasion resistance, resistance to acids, alkalis, and various corrosive gases, aging resistance, and non-combustibility, making it suitable for industries such as metallurgy, power generation, and petrochemicals.
II. Fluoroplastic Cable Product Standards

Flame retardancy and fire resistance testing are conducted in accordance with GB12666-90.
III. Fluoroplastic Cable Usage Characteristics
1. AC Rated Voltage: U0/U450/750kV
2. Maximum Operating Temperature: F46 insulation not exceeding 200°C
Soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) insulation not exceeding 260°C
3. Minimum Ambient Temperature: PVC sheathed cables: -40°C for fixed installations, -15°C for non-fixed installations.
Fluoroplastic and silicone rubber sheathed cables: -60°C for fixed installations, -20°C for non-fixed installations.
4. The cable installation temperature should be no lower than 0°C (no lower than -25°C for fluoroplastic, silicone rubber, and sheathed cables).
5. Allowable cable bending radius: Minimum 6 times the cable's outer diameter for unarmored cables; Minimum 12 times the cable's outer diameter for copper-tape shielded or steel-tape armored cables; Minimum 8 times the cable's outer diameter for fluoroplastic insulated and sheathed cables.
