▊ The cable can be armored with steel tape for enhanced cable protection.
III. Main Features:
1. Small size:
Because the cable is made of polyolefin material with excellent physical, mechanical, and electrical insulation properties, the overall cable design utilizes a thin insulation structure and multiple strands of soft copper wire while ensuring performance. This makes the overall structure significantly smaller than other products of the same specification and provides flexibility.
2. Low contact resistance:
Because the cable utilizes tinned soft copper conductors, it significantly reduces the problem of copper conductors being susceptible to oxidation in humid environments, resulting in excessive contact resistance and potential circuit burnout. 3. Small Bend Radius:
Because the conductor utilizes a multi-strand soft copper wire structure, the cable's flexibility is enhanced. The bending radius for WDZR-DZY cables is approximately 10 times the cable's outer diameter; for WDZR-DZY22 cables, it is approximately 15 times the cable's outer diameter; for WDZR-DZYR cables, it is approximately 8 times the cable's outer diameter; for WDZR-DZYR22 cables, it is approximately 12 times the cable's outer diameter; and for FCX and FCXW flexible power cables, it is approximately 8 times the cable's outer diameter. This allows the cable to be laid and installed in even tighter spaces.
