KGGP Silicone Rubber Shielded Control Cable
KGGP silicone rubber control cable is used for connecting electrical instruments or for signal transmission in mobile or fixed installations with an AC rated voltage of 450/750V or below. The cable has excellent thermal stability and can maintain excellent electrical properties and flexibility in high and low temperatures and corrosive environments. It is suitable for use in industries such as metallurgy, power generation, and petrochemicals, where special requirements such as mobility and temperature resistance are required.
KGGP silicone rubber control cable: Product compliance standard Q/HHTZH004.2. Flame retardancy and fire resistance testing in accordance with GB12666-90.
III. Usage Characteristics
1. AC rated voltage: U0/U450/750kV. Maximum operating temperature: 180°C.
2. Minimum ambient temperature: Silicone rubber sheath: -60°C for fixed installations, -20°C for non-fixed installations.
3. The cable installation temperature should not be lower than -20°C.
4. Allowable cable bend radius: For non-armored cables, the minimum is six times the cable's outer diameter.
IV: Basic Models and Names
KGG Silicone rubber insulated and sheathed control cable
KGGR Silicone rubber insulated and sheathed flexible control cable
KGGP Silicone rubber insulated and sheathed copper wire braided shield control cable
KGGRP Silicone rubber insulated and sheathed copper wire braided shield control cable
KGGRP1 Silicone rubber insulated and sheathed tinned braided shield control cable
Note: 1. For flame-retardant silicone rubber cable, add ZR before the model number.
2 Silicone rubber insulated and sheathed cables can replace heat-resistant silicone rubber insulated and sheathed control cables with a large number of cores and a large cross-section.
Applicable conditions are similar to those for silicone rubber sheathed cables, with a long-term operating temperature range of -60-105°C.
3. The copper wire in the conductor core can be tinned.
V: Key Technical Specifications
1. The DC resistance of the finished cable conductor (in accordance with GB3956) is specified in Table 3 of Appendix A. 2. Insulation resistance at 20°C not less than 500MΩ/km.
3. Finished cable shall withstand an AC 50Hz 3.0kV/5min voltage test without breakdown.
