This product is suitable for fixed-layout transmission and distribution lines, power transmission, or motor wiring for AC rated voltages of 0.6/1kV and below. It features high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, resistance to acids, alkalis, and corrosive gases, and is waterproof. It offers stable electrical performance in high-temperature environments, high current carrying capacity, and long service life. Flame retardancy and fire resistance tests are conducted in accordance with GB12666-90.
III. Usage Characteristics
1. AC Rated Voltage: U0/U0.6/1kV
2. Maximum Operating Temperature: 200°C or less for F46 insulation; 260°C or less for PFA insulation.
3. Minimum Ambient Temperature: -40°C for fluoroplastic insulation and sheathing
Fixed installation: -15°C or less for non-fixed installation.
4. The cable installation temperature must be no less than 0°C (no less than -25°C for fluoroplastic, silicone rubber, and nitrile sheathed cables). 5. Allowable Cable Bending Radius: For single-core cables, the minimum is 15 times the cable's outer diameter. For multi-core cables, the minimum is 10 times the cable's outer diameter.
