Fluoroplastic Insulated High-Temperature Power Cable
1. Fluoroplastic insulated high-temperature power cable uses fluoroplastic insulation and is primarily suitable for fixed-layout transmission and distribution lines, power transmission, or motor wiring for AC rated voltages of 0.6/1kV and below. It features high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, resistance to corrosive gases, and water resistance. It offers stable electrical performance in high-temperature environments, high current carrying capacity, and long service life. It is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, power generation, petrochemicals, large-scale construction, and automotive manufacturing.
2. Usage Characteristics of Fluoroplastic Insulated High-Temperature Power Cable
1. AC rated voltage: U0/U 0.6/1kV.
2. Long-term allowable operating temperature of the cable conductor is: 200°C for fluoroplastic outer sheath, 105°C for PVC outer sheath, and 180°C for silicone rubber outer sheath.
3. The cable installation temperature should not be lower than: 0°C for PVC sheathed cable, -20°C for silicone rubber sheathed cable, and -20°C for fluoroplastic sheathed cable. 4. Allowable cable bending radius: 20D for single-core cable, 15D for multi-core cable (D is the cable outer diameter).
