JBQ Copper Core Rubber Insulated Nitrile Sheathed Motor Winding Lead Wires, 500V, 1400V
Technical Parameters:
1. Conductor: Tinned copper wire. Its construction conforms to the requirements in the table below, and its performance meets the requirements of JB947-76, "Rubber and Plastic Insulated Wire and Cable Copper Conductive Core."
2. Insulation rubber properties conform to JB664-77, "Rubber for Wire and Cable." Insulation thickness conforms to the requirements in the table below, with a tolerance of -10%. The thickness at the thinnest point must be no less than 90% of the nominal value minus 0.1mm.
3. Sheath rubber properties conform to JB664-77, "Rubber for Wire and Cable." Sheath thickness conforms to the requirements in the table below, with a tolerance of -10%. The difference is -20%, and the thickness at the thinnest point must be no less than 80% of the nominal value.
4. Finished wires must withstand the AC 50Hz withstand voltage test specified in OYYDDL0118-2003.
5. The DC resistance of the conductor core of the finished wires at 20°C must comply with the requirements of Tables 1 and 2.
6. The wires must withstand a paint immersion test. After being heated at 130±5°C for 5 hours, the cables are immersed in 1032 varnish at 50±5°C for 30 minutes, removed and drained, and then heated at 130±5°C for 48 hours. Finally, the cables are wound onto a round rod of the specified diameter. The wire sheath must be free of cracks, brittleness, or stickiness.
