When laying cables on overhead cable trays, construction equipment and items must be transferred using transfer ropes. Throwing is strictly prohibited. 10. Safety officers must be responsible and promptly identify safety hazards, eliminate them, and correct them. 11. When using electric machinery and equipment, the power supply must be reliable, equipped with leakage protection devices, and properly grounded.
