Intrinsically safe computer cables and test instrument control cables
Description: Product standards: Refer to BS5308, GB9330, GB3836.4, IEC60332 and other standards.
I. Application: This product is suitable for use as a signal transmission line in distributed systems and automated detection and control systems in chemical, petrochemical, coal mine, electric power, gas engineering and other places with explosion hazards and other places with high explosion-proof safety requirements; This product is a low-capacitance, low-inductance cable with excellent shielding and anti-interference performance, and its explosion-proof safety performance is higher than that of general cables.
II. Usage conditions:
(1) AC rated voltage U0/U: 300/500V.
(2) Long-term operating temperature of cable conductor: 70℃ for polyethylene insulation, 90℃ for cross-linked polyethylene insulation, 70℃ for low-smoke, low-halogen (zero) halogen flame-retardant polyolefin insulation, and 90℃ and 125℃ for low-smoke, zero-halogen flame-retardant cross-linked polyolefin.
(3) The ambient temperature during cable laying should not be lower than 0°C. The minimum ambient temperature is -40°C for fixed laying and -15°C for non-fixed laying.
(4) The minimum bending radius of the cable should be no less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable for cables without armor or braided shielding. For cables with armor or copper tape shielding, it should be no less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable.
