WZR-DJFYJP2E 5*2*1.5 Irradiated Cross-linked Low-Smoke Halogen-Free Flame-Retardant Computer Cable

WZR-DJFYJP2E Copper Core Irradiated Cross-linked Polyethylene Insulated Twisted Pair Copper Tape Shielded Polyolefin Sheathed Low-Smoke Halogen-Free Flame-Retardant Computer Cable

I. Product Description of Low-Smoke Halogen-Free Flame-Retardant Computer Cable:

Applications of Cross-linked Low-Smoke Halogen-Free Flame-Retardant Computer Cable: Irradiated cross-linked low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant computer cable features low voltage capacitance and low inductance, as well as excellent shielding and anti-interference properties, resulting in superior explosion-proof performance compared to standard computer and control cables. It is suitable for use as a transmission line in distributed control systems and automated detection and control systems requiring low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant circuits in explosion-proof environments.

II. Usage Characteristics of Cross-linked Low-Smoke Halogen-Free Flame-Retardant Computer Cable:

Rated Voltage: U0/U: 300/500V.

Maximum Operating Temperature: Polyethylene insulation not exceeding 70°C, cross-linked polyethylene insulation not exceeding 90°C, and irradiated cross-linked polyethylene insulation not exceeding 105°C. Minimum ambient temperature: -40°C for fixed installations, -15°C for non-fixed installations.

Minimum bending radius: For unarmored cables, the minimum bending radius should be no less than 6 times the cable's outer diameter; for armored cables, the minimum bending radius should be no less than 12 times the cable's outer diameter.
