YJV22 8.7/10kV 3×70 Armored High-Voltage Cross-Linked Power Cable

YJV22 8.7/10kV 3×70 Copper-core XLPE insulated, steel-tape armored, PVC-sheathed, 3-core, 70mm² high-voltage cross-linked power cable

I. Product Standards

XLPE insulated and PVC-sheathed power cables are manufactured in accordance with GB12706, "Copper-core and Aluminum-core Plastic-Insulated Power Cables for Rated Voltages 35kV and Below," and GB12666, "Fire Test Methods for Wires and Cables." They can also be manufactured to meet customer requirements in accordance with IEC standards recommended by the International Electrotechnical Commission, British BS standards, German DIN standards, American ICEA standards, and Japanese JIS standards.

II. Applications

XLPE insulated and PVC-sheathed power cables are suitable for power transmission and distribution systems up to 35kV. They are widely used in power generation, construction, mining, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, and transportation sectors, and have completely replaced oil-impregnated paper-insulated power cables and partially replaced PVC-insulated power cables.

III. Usage Characteristics and Main Technical Performance

1. Rated voltages U0/U are 0.6/1kV, 1.8/3kV, 3.6/6kV, 6/6kV, 6/10kV, 8.7/15kV, 12/20kV, 21/35kV, and 26/35kV.

2. The maximum permissible long-term operating temperature of the conductor is 90°C. During a short circuit (maximum duration not exceeding 5 seconds), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 250°C.

3. The DC resistance of the conductor shall comply with the requirements of GB/T3956.

4. The ambient temperature during installation shall not be lower than 0°C. If the ambient temperature is lower than 0°C, heating shall be performed first. The minimum bending radius shall be no less than 15 times the cable's outer diameter.

5. Cable installation is not restricted by drop heights.

6. Power Frequency Voltage Test: Cables with a U0 of 3.6kV and below: 2.5 U0 + 2kV/5min without breakdown. Cables with a U0 of 3.6kV and above: 2.5 U0/5min without breakdown.

7. Partial Discharge Test: For cables with a U0 of 1.8kV and above and 18kV and below, the discharge at 1.5 U0 shall not exceed 20PC. For cables with a U0 of 18kV and above, the discharge at 1.5 U0 shall not exceed 10PC.

8. Flame Retardant Properties: Flame-retardant cables can withstand the bundled combustion test specified in GB18380. Low-smoke, low-halogen flame-retardant cables can withstand the bundled combustion test specified in GB18380. The smoke density during combustion must comply with the requirements of GB18380, the HCl content in the combustion gases must be ≤100mg/g, and they must comply with the requirements of IEC754-1. Low smoke halogen-free flame retardant cables can withstand the bundled combustion test specified in GB18380, and the smoke concentration during combustion should comply with the provisions of GB18380. The pH value of the aqueous solution of the combustion gas should be ≥4.3, the conductivity should be ≤10μs/mm and meet the requirements of IEC754-2.
