I. Product Features and Applications
KGGRP1 silicone rubber shielded cable is suitable for mobile or fixed electrical instrument connection lines or signal transmission with an AC rated voltage of 450/750V or below. KGGRP1 silicone rubber shielded cable has excellent thermal stability and can maintain excellent electrical performance and flexibility in high and low temperatures and corrosive environments. It is suitable for use in industries such as metallurgy, power generation, and petrochemicals that require special requirements such as mobile and high-temperature resistance.
II. KGGRP1 silicone rubber shielded cable product compliance standard: Reference: GB/T9330-2008.
Flame retardancy and fire resistance testing is conducted in accordance with GB12666-90.
III. Usage Characteristics
1. AC rated voltage: U0/U450/750kV
Maximum operating temperature: 180°C
2. Minimum Ambient Temperature: Silicone rubber sheath: -60°C for fixed installation, -20°C for non-fixed installation.
3. The cable installation temperature should be no lower than -20°C.
4. Allowable Cable Bending Radius: Minimum 6 times the cable's outer diameter for unarmored cables.
