I. Product Features and Applications
This computer shielded cable is suitable for use as control lines for computer-based automatic control systems, distributed control systems, and automated control systems in the power, metallurgy, and petrochemical industries, as well as for instrumentation and testing.
II. Product Standards: Computer shielded cable standard: TICW 6-2009.
Flame retardant performance testing is conducted in accordance with GB12666-90.
III. Usage Characteristics
1. AC rated voltage U0/U: 300/500V;
2. Maximum operating temperature for computer shielded cables: Polyethylene insulation not exceeding 70°C; cross-linked polyethylene insulation not exceeding 90°C; low-smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant polyolefin insulation not exceeding 70°C; low-smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant cross-linked polyolefin insulation not exceeding 90°C and 125°C;
3. Minimum operating temperature: PVC sheath: -40°C for fixed installation, -15°C for non-fixed installation;
4. Cable installation temperature not less than 0°C;
5. Allowable cable bending radius: Minimum 6 times the cable outer diameter for non-armored cable; minimum 12 times the cable outer diameter for copper tape shielded or steel tape shielded cable.
