Applications:
Suitable for installation in dry, damp indoor environments, where continuous reciprocating motion is required without strong stress relief or forced guidance, especially in industrial testing environments with frequent bending, such as woodworking machinery, machine tool processing equipment, logistics and transportation systems, and cranes. Excellent electromagnetic shielding and anti-interference performance.
Features:
Waterproof, protective, cold-resistant, UV-resistant, wear-resistant, and flame-retardant, with a flex life of over 5 million cycles.
Cable Construction:
Conductor: Multiple strands of ultra-fine, finely twisted oxygen-free copper wire, meeting VDE0295 Class 6 standards.
Insulation: Special blended PVC insulation.
Color: ≤0.5mm (brown, black, blue, purple, pink, or orange); ≥0.5mm (black, white, and numbered). Cables with three or more cores include a yellow-green ground wire (yellow-green optional).
Shield: Tinned copper braided shield with a density of over 80%. Jacket: Specially modified PVC, available in black (RAL9005), gray (RAL7001), or orange (RAL2003).
Rated Voltage: Cross-section <0.5mm: 300/300V; Cross-section ≥0.5mm: 300/500V.
Test Voltage: 2000V.
Operating Temperature Range: Fixed Installation: -30°C to +90°C; Mobile Installation: -5°C to +90°C.
Minimum Bending Radius: Fixed Installation: 5 x Cable OD. Mobile Installation: When travel <10 meters, the bending radius is 7.5 x D; when travel ≥10 meters, the bending radius is 10 x D.
