[Detailed Description]
1. Conductor: A metallic carrier material that allows for the smooth passage of electric current. Conductors must possess excellent electrical conductivity, physical and mechanical properties, processability, and corrosion resistance. In terms of electrical conductivity, the metals of choice are silver, copper, gold, aluminum, nickel, steel, and alloys, in descending order. However, due to the high cost of silver, we primarily use copper wire in our cables. The resistivity of copper at 20°C is generally 0.0175 Ω·mm²/m. To ensure the conductor meets the required performance requirements, we primarily use oxygen-free copper. Oxygen content not exceeding 0.03%, total impurity content not exceeding 0.05%.
This product is for Class B insulation of motors and electrical appliances with an AC rated voltage of 1140V or less, used for connecting windings to the motor housing, or for connecting windings to terminals on the motor housing.
