KFFRP 19*1.0 Shielded Control Cable
KFFRP 19*1.0 shielded control and instrument cables are shielded primarily to protect against external electric field interference. Control cables operate at high voltages and currents, making them less responsive to external interference. Furthermore, many control cables transmit weak signals. When subjected to strong external interference, weak signals can be severely distorted, causing control systems to lose control or even damage connected instruments or meters. In rare cases, the cable's insulation can even break down. The control cable's ability to withstand overvoltages is not only a key factor in determining the maximum allowable ground potential rise, but also crucial for determining the grounding method, point, and routing of the cable shield, as well as insulation coordination.
KFFRP 19*1.0 shielded control cables are suitable for fixed transmission and distribution lines, power transmission, or motor wiring with AC rated voltages of 0.6/1kV and below. They offer high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, resistance to acids, alkalis, and corrosive gases, and are water-resistant. They offer stable electrical performance in high-temperature environments, high current carrying capacity, and long service life. They are widely used in industries such as metallurgy, power generation, petrochemicals, large-scale construction, and automotive manufacturing.
