I. Product Features and Applications This special high-temperature computer cable features low capacitance and inductance, and offers excellent shielding and anti-interference performance. Made of imported fluoroplastic and fluororubber materials, it can withstand long-term use in environments ranging from -40°C to 260°C. It exhibits excellent flame retardancy, acid, alkali, oil, and water resistance, and is specially designed for intrinsically safe and explosion-proof circuits. It can be installed not only in cable trays but also in cable trenches and direct burial. This special high-temperature intrinsically safe computer cable was awarded a national patent in 2000. Suitable for use as transmission lines in distributed control systems and automated testing systems requiring explosion-proof protection and other harsh environments. Its explosion-proof safety performance is significantly superior to that of standard DCS cables and computer control cables.
II: Product Implementation Standard Q/CT002.4 (equivalent to British BS5308). Flame retardant performance complies with GB12666-90.
III: Usage Characteristics: 1. AC Rated Voltage: U0/U 300/500kV. 2. Maximum Operating Temperature: Polyethylene insulation up to 70°C; cross-linked polyethylene insulation up to 90°C; low-smoke, halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin up to 70°C; low-smoke, halogen-free flame-retardant cross-linked polyolefin at 90°C and 125°C. FEP (F46) insulation up to 200°C; imported soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA) up to 260°C. 3. Minimum ambient temperature: PVC sheath: -40°C for fixed installation, -15°C for non-fixed installation. Fluoroplastic and silicone rubber sheath: -60°C for fixed installation, -25°C for non-fixed installation. 4. The cable installation temperature should be no less than 0°C (no less than -25°C for high-temperature installation). 5. Allowable cable bending radius: Minimum 6 times the cable's outer diameter for non-armored cables. The minimum outer diameter of copper tape shielded or steel tape armored cables is 12 times the cable's outer diameter.
