II. Usage Requirements:
1: YH cables operate under low voltage (maximum voltage 200V) and high current conditions, requiring a certain degree of durability.
2: The long-term operating temperature of the welding gun cable should not exceed 65°C.
3: Motor lead cables are frequently moved, twisted, and deployed, requiring flexibility and good bending properties.
4: Cables are susceptible to scratches and abrasions from sharp steel components during deployment, requiring excellent mechanical properties such as tear and abrasion resistance.
5: Operating in complex environments such as sunlight, boiling water, contact with muddy water, engine oil, and acidic and alkaline liquids, requiring certain weather resistance, oil resistance, and solvent resistance.
6: Occasionally exposed to hot welds, requiring excellent heat deformation resistance.
7: Frequent movement requires a small outer diameter and light weight. Since the electrical performance requirements for this type of cable are not high and the operating environment conditions are complex, it is not suitable to require the structure to meet various complex environmental factors.
