I. Scope of Application: KGGP silicone rubber shielded control cables are suitable for signal transmission, control, and measurement systems of electrical instruments and power distribution devices in industrial and mining enterprises such as metallurgy, electric power, and petrochemical industries, as well as control, monitoring, and protection circuits in locations with high fire risk and high fire protection importance.

II. KGGP Silicone Rubber Shielded Control Cable Usage Characteristics:

1. Cable Rated Voltage: 450/750V.

2. Cable Conductor Long-Term Permissible Operating Temperature: -80°C to 180°C.

3. Recommended Cable Bend Radius: For armored cables, the bending radius should be no less than 12 times the cable's outer diameter; for cables with other structures, the bending radius should be no less than 6 times the cable's outer diameter. 4. Minimum cable installation temperature: Polyethylene sheathed cable: -20°C; Polyvinyl chloride and low-smoke, zero-halogen polyolefin sheathed cable: 0°C. Preheating is required if the installation temperature is below the minimum.

5. Cable Combustion Characteristics

5.1 Bundled flame-retardant (/SA) cables must withstand the bundled flame-retardant test specified in GB 18380.3 (IEC 60332-3).

5.2 The smoke density of low-smoke, low-halogen bundled flame-retardant (/SB) cables during combustion must comply with GB/T 17651 (IEC 61034), and the HCl content in the combustion gases must be ≤ 100 mg/g, in accordance with GB/T 17650 (IEC 60754-2). 5.3 The smoke density of low-smoke, halogen-free, bundled flame-retardant (/SC) cables during combustion shall comply with GB/T17651 (IEC61034). The pH value of the aqueous solution of the combustion gases shall be ≥4.3, and the conductivity shall be ≤10µs/mm, in accordance with GB/T17650 (IEC60754-2).

5.4 The characteristics of fire-resistant cables shall also comply with the requirements of GB/T19216 (IEC60331).
