Flame-Retardant Armored Intrinsically Safe Computer Cable

Electronic Computer Cable

1. Flame-Retardant Computer Cable

Implementation Standard: Q/AJTZD004.2-2001

Application: Suitable for signal transmission in distributed control systems, computer systems, and automation systems in power generation, metallurgy, petrochemical, and other industrial and mining enterprises, as well as for connecting testing instruments and meters.

Application Characteristics: Operating Temperature: Generally not exceeding 70°C.

Minimum Ambient Temperature: -40°C for fixed installations, -15°C for non-fixed installations.

General flame retardancy complies with GB 12666.2-90; bundled flame retardancy complies with GB 12666.5-90.

Rated Voltage: U/U: 300/350V.

Minimum Bend Radius: For unarmored cables, the minimum bend radius should be no less than 10 times the cable's outer diameter; for armored cables, the minimum bend radius should be no less than 12 times the cable's outer diameter. 2. Intrinsically Safe Circuits and Computer Cables

Implementation Standard: Q/AJTZD004.3-2001.

Application: This cable features low capacitance and inductance, excellent shielding and anti-interference properties, and therefore superior explosion-proof performance compared to general computer and control cables. It is suitable for use as a transmission line in distributed control systems and automated detection and control circuits where explosion-proof requirements are required. Usage Characteristics: Rated voltage: U/U: 300/500V. Maximum operating temperature: Polyethylene insulation not exceeding 70°C, cross-linked polyethylene insulation not exceeding 90°C, and irradiated cross-linked polyethylene insulation not exceeding 105°C. Minimum ambient temperature: -40°C for fixed installations, -15°C for non-fixed installations. Minimum bending radius: For unarmored cables, the minimum bending radius should be no less than 6 times the cable's outer diameter; for armored cables, the minimum bending radius should be no less than 12 times the cable's outer diameter.

Note: Flame-retardant cables are designated with "ZR" before the model number, and fire-resistant cables are designated with "NH" before the model number. 3. Low-Smoke, Halogen-Free, Flame-Retardant Computer Cable

Implementation Standard: Q/AJTZD004.4-2001.

Application: This cable features low capacitance and inductance, excellent shielding and anti-interference properties, and therefore offers superior explosion-proof performance compared to standard computer cables and control cables.
