YGC, YGC22, YGCP, etc. - Silicone Rubber High-Temperature Power Cables
Product Introduction:
I: Product Features and Applications
Silicone rubber high-temperature power cables are suitable for fixed-installation power transmission lines with AC rated voltages of 0.6/1kV and below, or for connecting cables for mobile appliances. They offer excellent resistance to heat radiation, cold, acids, alkalis, and corrosive gases, and are waterproof. The cables are flexible and easy to radiate. They offer stable electrical performance in high-temperature (and cold) environments, excellent aging resistance, and a long service life. They are widely used in industries such as metallurgy, power generation, petrochemicals, electronics, and automotive manufacturing.
II: Silicone Rubber High-Temperature Power Cable Product Standard
Q/HHTZH001.1
Flame retardancy and fire resistance tests are conducted in accordance with the requirements of GB12666-90.
III: Usage Characteristics of Silicone Rubber High-Temperature Power Cables
1. AC Rated Voltage: U0/U0.6/1kV
Maximum Operating Temperature: 180°C
Minimum Ambient Temperature: -60°C for fixed installations
2. The cable installation temperature should not be lower than -25°C. 3. Allowable Cable Bending Radius: Minimum 10 times the cable's outer diameter.
