Heat-resistant silicone rubber flexible cables are suitable for use in fixed power transmission lines or connecting cables for mobile appliances with AC rated voltages of 0.6/1kV or below. They offer resistance to heat radiation, cold, acids, alkalis, corrosive gases, and water.
II. Features of Heat-resistant silicone rubber flexible cables:
1. AC rated voltage: U0/U0.6/1kV
Maximum operating temperature: 180°C
Minimum ambient temperature: -60°C for fixed installations
2. The cable installation temperature should be no lower than -25°C.
3. Allowable cable bending radius: Minimum 10 times the cable's outer diameter. For single-core cables, the bending radius must be no less than 15D of the cable's outer diameter. For three-core cables, the bending radius must be no less than 12D of the cable's outer diameter.
