I. Scope of Application
This green, environmentally friendly (low-smoke, halogen-free) computer cable offers excellent flame retardancy, emits very little smoke during combustion, and emits no corrosive gases. It is widely used in nuclear power plants, subway stations, tunnels, telephone exchanges and computer control centers, high-rise buildings, hotels, radio and television stations, hospitals, theaters, power stations, important military facilities, oil platforms, and other locations with high concentrations of people and low air density.
II. Green and Environmentally Friendly (Low-Smoke, Halogen-Free) Computer Cable Usage Characteristics
Power frequency rated voltages U0/U are: 0.6/1kV for power cables; 450/750V for control cables; and 300/500V for computer cables.
The maximum allowable operating temperatures for cable conductors are: 90°C, 105°C, 125°C, and 150°C, respectively.
During a short circuit (maximum duration not exceeding 5 seconds), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed: 250°C.
Cable bending radius: Power cables should be no less than 20 times the cable outer diameter; control cables should be 12 times; and computer cables should be 12 times.
Ambient temperature during cable laying: ≥0°C (if laying in an environment below 0°C is necessary, the cable should be preheated to above 0°C before laying).
