I. Application Scope of YGCV Silicone Rubber Insulated Power Cable
YGCV silicone rubber insulated power cable is made of silicone rubber and produced using advanced extrusion equipment and silicone rubber vulcanization. Silicone rubber offers high heat resistance and excellent cold resistance. It also provides excellent electrical insulation properties, remaining stable even under temperature and frequency fluctuations or when exposed to moisture. It also offers superior corona and arc resistance, with no significant performance loss after years of outdoor exposure. It also offers low water absorption and excellent mildew resistance. It also offers excellent thermal conductivity, is exceptionally flexible, and is easy to install. It is odorless, tasteless, and non-toxic, with no adverse effects on human health. YGCV silicone rubber insulated power cable is suitable for high-temperature industries such as steel, smelting, power plants, coking plants, aviation, metallurgical machinery, and petrochemicals.

1. Rated voltage ∪0/∪: 0.6/1 kV.
2. Maximum allowable operating temperature of the cable: 200°C for fluoroplastic insulation and sheath; 105°C for fluoroplastic insulation with a heat-resistant 105°C PVC sheath; 180°C for fluoroplastic insulation with silicone rubber sheath; 180°C for silicone rubber insulation with silicone rubber sheath.
3. When the cable is short-circuited (maximum duration not exceeding 5 seconds), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 250°C.
4. The cable installation temperature shall not be lower than -15°C.
5. The cable bending radius is as follows: Single-core cable: The bending radius shall not be less than 20°D of the cable's outer diameter. Three-core cable: The bending radius must be no less than 15D of the cable's outer diameter.
6 Fluoroplastic insulated and sheathed power cables have excellent chemical resistance, high temperature resistance, and flame retardancy.
