Cables of different specifications and models have different applications and unique properties. For example, the YH cable discussed today has low electrical performance requirements and complex operating environments. Its structure is not suitable for complex environmental conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to improve operating conditions and prevent external damage during use. Due to its special characteristics, today we will focus on YH welding cable and its usage characteristics.

Introduction to YH welding cable
YH stands for rubber insulated welding cable, also known as welding handle cable. The Y stands for mobile and the H stands for welding machine. YH stands for rubber-sheathed flexible cable for mobile welding machines.
Model specifications and rated voltage: 60245IEC81(YH)16-95 450/750V
Production Standards: National Standard 5013.6-2008/International Electrotechnical Commission 60245-6:1994
Welding cable features low eccentricity and is manufactured using advanced equipment, resulting in uniform thickness to prevent sparks caused by thin insulation.
The conductive core is wrapped with heat-resistant polyester film insulation tape, effectively isolating static electricity and making the cable more compact. The outer layer is protected by a rubber insulation sheath, which is safe, environmentally friendly, and resistant to tensile and wear damage, ensuring power outage safety during operation.

Welding Cable Features
1. This cable is a single-core cable constructed from multiple strands of flexible conductors made of 99.99% pure oxygen-free copper. This copper wire offers a bright appearance, low resistivity, excellent conductivity, and high safety.
2. This product is suitable for welding applications with a voltage to ground not exceeding 200V and a pulsating DC peak of 400V. This cable is specially designed for connecting the secondary side of welding machines and welding clamps. Its rated AC voltage does not exceed 200V, and its pulsating DC peak voltage is 400V.
3. It is exceptionally flexible and offers excellent bending properties. The sheath is made of natural rubber or a neoprene blend, making it suitable for various applications.
4. The neoprene blend sheath is heat-resistant, oil-resistant, and flame-retardant. This product is suitable for connecting the secondary side of welding machines with an AC voltage of no more than 200V to ground and a pulsating DC peak voltage of 400V. The maximum operating temperature of the cable is 65°C.
The above is an introduction to YH welding cable. Another special feature of this cable is that it is non-repairable. Its various protective features are specified by the manufacturer and cannot be adjusted at will. Therefore, care must be taken in its use and maintenance.
