I. Product Features and Applications
Shielded computer cables offer low capacitance and inductance, excellent shielding and anti-interference performance. Made of imported fluoroplastics and fluororubber, these special high-temperature computer cables can operate in environments ranging from -40°C to 260°C for extended periods. They are flame-retardant, acid-, alkali-, oil-, and water-resistant. Designed specifically for intrinsically safe explosion-proof circuits, these cables can be installed not only in cable trays but also in cable trenches and direct burial. This special high-temperature intrinsically safe computer cable was granted a national patent in 2000. It is suitable for use as transmission lines in distributed control systems and automated testing systems requiring explosion-proof protection and other harsh environments. III. Computer Shielded Cable Usage Characteristics
1. AC Rated Voltage U0/U: 300/500V
2. Maximum Operating Temperature: Polyethylene insulation: not exceeding 70°C; cross-linked polyethylene insulation: 90°C; low-smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant polyolefin: 70°C; low-smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant cross-linked polyolefin: 90°C and 125°C; perfluoroethylene propylene (F46) insulation: not exceeding 200°C; imported soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA): not exceeding 260°C
3. Minimum Ambient Temperature: PVC sheath: -40°C for fixed installations; -15°C for non-fixed installations Fluoroplastic and silicone rubber sheaths: -60°C for fixed installation, -25°C for non-fixed installation.
4. The cable installation temperature should be no less than 0°C (no less than -25°C for high-temperature installations).
5. Allowable cable bending radius: For unarmored cables, the minimum is 6 times the cable's outer diameter; for copper-tape shielded or steel-tape armored cables, the minimum is 12 times the cable's outer diameter.
